JuneBee Baby, Inc. Artisan Clothing Shop Return Policy

• We have a 30-day return policy on Ready-to-Ship products, which means we should receive your returned item(s) within 30 after you receive your order. 
• We do not accept returns on products in Made-to-Order and Sample Sale categories.
• Returns from Ready-to-Ship orders are based on prior consent which applies to both domestic (USA) and international orders.

• To be eligible for return of a Ready-to-Ship product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return for a defective item, please contact us at CustomerService@junebeebaby.com or send a Direct Message on Instagram by explaining the reason for your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return request for a defective item is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

• If you'd like to return a defective item (both for USA and International orders), please send us pictures of it in addition to a detailed description of the issue. If your return for a defective item is accepted, you will be reimbursed for the delivery charges you paid in addition to the amount you paid for the item. Your return shipping cost belongs to you. 

• If you decide to return your Ready-to-Ship item(s) for any reason other than being defective, please contact us at CustomerService@junebeebaby.com or send a Direct Message on Instagram for the return address information. For the returns of Ready-to-Ship items that are not defective, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item only. You won't be reimbursed for the delivery charges you paid. And, your return shipping cost belongs to you. 

Additional notes on our return policy

• Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders or gift cards.

• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. We'll gladly issue a refund within our standard return policy above, and you can place a new order on our website for your preferred item.

• Refunds:  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
